Privacy notice
How FREEBOARD handles personal information in the product demo.
What we collect
- Your email address, taken from the authentication identity you sign in with.
- Your name, if provided by your account or entered by you.
- Optionally, your company and role/title, if you choose to share them.
- Whether you asked to receive occasional product updates — recorded only if you explicitly tick the consent box. The box is unchecked by default.
- Demo access timestamps (first and most recent demo entry).
Why we collect it
To operate and secure the demo workspace (each visitor receives their own read-only membership in a shared synthetic workspace), to prevent abuse, and — only with your explicit consent — to send occasional updates about FREEBOARD. Access to the demo never depends on sharing optional details or on consenting to marketing communications.
What we never do
Your lead record is never shown to other demo users. Board materials in the demo are synthetic and contain no real company data. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Demo lead records are retained while the demo is operated, or until you request deletion.
Requesting deletion
To review or delete your demo record, contact the FREEBOARD team at privacy@freeboard.se and we will remove your record promptly.
